Who locked Bebo and Arjun Kapoor in a room for five days?

The 'Cheeni Kum' director is leaving no stone unturned to train the two Kapoors for his upcoming film

Bollywood queen Kareena Kapoor and heartthrob Arjun Kapoor were locked in an office room for five days by Balki for his upcoming film so they could better fit the role of a married couple. 

According to Bollywood Life, the actors are playing a married couple in Balki’s yet-untitled upcoming movie. The Cheeni Kum director known for leaving no stone unturned took professionalism to next level and locked them up in his office for five days for the actors to rehearse their roles.

His reason? He wants the actors to perfect the art of argument. The film contains a lot of scenes where Arjun and Kareena require mindless quarreling and verbal attack in rapid succession. They were confined in the room to master the art. The director has taken it upon himself to personally train both the Kapoors.

It was earlier a question of curiosity how Bebo agreed to work with Arjun Kapoor. The Bollywood beauty had previously shown reluctance saying that she found it difficult to work with young actors. But her role of an older wife of younger husband in Balki’s movie explains the mystery.

Arjun, on the other hand, is a big Kareena fan and was more than happy to get to work alongside the beautiful Bebo.

To no ones surprise and open knowledge of Balki’s fondness for Amitabh Bachchan, Big B will also be seen in the movie. He has so far been featured in all of Balki’s movies and will continue to in the future as well. Mr Bachchan who co-produced Shamitabh with Balki did not take a penny and this time too he is working for free. The other cast is however yet to get finalized.

The movie doesn’t have a big budget. The filmmaker has asked his unit not spend money on unwanted extras, props or locations. He is still writing the film plans to complete shooting it within a month.
