Nabbed: Four highway robbers held

RAWALPINDI: The Airport police on Tuesday arrested four suspected highway robbers and seized weapons and ammunition from their possession. Acting on a tip-off, the police raided a ground in the Rahimabad area and arrested Tayyab, Danial, Ali Shahzeb and Fawad Ahmed. The police also seized two 30-bore pistols and nine bullets. The suspected robbers were allegedly planning a robbery, the police said.  Investigation was still under way when this report was filed.
