Strengthening Human Capital : Personal development course ends

CDA Executive Director General Sanaullah Aman was the chief guest on the occasion.

The closing ceremony of a training course on “personal development” was held at the Capital Development Authority (CDA)’s Training Academy on Saturday, said a press release. CDA officers as well as students from educational institutes including Preston University and Quaid-i-Azam University completed the five-day course that began on January 26. The aim of the course was to improve awareness, develop talent and build human capital. The concepts were not limited to self-help but included formal and informal activities for developing others in roles such as counsellor, administrator, coordinator, life coach or mentor, said the release. CDA Executive Director General Sanaullah Aman was the chief guest on the occasion. The chief guest said he was very happy to see the holding of such courses at the training academy as they are essential for development. Aman also informed the participants of the course about future plans of the academy.
