MUMBAI: Veena Malik may have been swooning over him in reality show ‘Bigg Boss 4’, but Indian model Hrishant Goswami says he had no intention to get into a relationship with her.

“I had made my stance very clear about this in the Bigg Boss house. I was not looking for a relationship at all. I have a career to focus on,” Hrishant told IANS on phone from Mumbai.

Speaking about Veena, Hrishant said that she was often misunderstood and was a nice girl. "I think it was nice that she was quite vocal about whatever she felt. She was honest and very sweet and I reciprocated that... but I was never in the mindframe of getting into a relationship, and especially with her," said Hrishant.

Hrishant was evicted out of the show on Friday.

Gungho | 13 years ago | Reply I am so pleasantly surprised to see the quality of the comments posted here. We are so much intellectually superior to these foul-mouthed and obscene Indians. It's funny how they can call Veena's act in BB shameful - hello! What about ALL of their own movies???! and their culture??! Go Veena girl! Take 'em on!
Mariam | 13 years ago | Reply It is not that i do not support a strong woman. I respect women of all kinds as long as they know how to leave their mark on earth and be able to keep their heads high. However, if you notice, in all the big boss episodes, Veena has been the one caring for the boy and being affectionate and gentle. Is that not the typical Pakistani woman's image? The caring loving housewife type who never talks back to a man and is always there to make HIM feel good? So i really dont think this shows "strength". @ Nilofer Khaan and Asif. I truly appreciate you guys having minds broad enough to accept a not so typical regular woman and then respect her. Howvever, as Asif said, "sexy siren" is not exactly the symbol of a woman's strength. Veena is beautiful guys, admit that. Honestly, i found her the prettiest girl on show. But, shes marred that beauty with her attitude. I hate to say this, but the length of your skirt does not determine the nobility or richness of your nature and your personality. Why are we so extremist? cant we just be in the middle rather than hating either hijabed women or women in skirts? Watch Big Boss and OBSERVE NONE OF THE OTHER FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE SO OBSESSED WITH THEIR DRESSING OR WITH A PARTICULAR GUY. and thats just what im pointing at. she makes pakistani women look desperate. wait. more like she gave indians something to laugh about! you know how heavy the hate between india and pak is! besides some hindu extremist group didnt even want her there! Women like benazir, virginia wolf, michelle obama and angelina jolie. Oh yes. Those were strong women. and i respect them with my heart (politics aside. im no political person:)) All in all, i have no personal hate for Veena, she has been one of and posisbly my only favorite female Pakistani actress! The girl has beauty and she has style. And i must praise her bravery and courage that made her last for so long in the big boss house. And we must not ignore that she has been really sweet and courteous even when not just the big boss family but even salman khan himself has often joked about her relationship with boys Though, a little less attention towards asmet or rishant and a little more generalized friendships would have been better and less laughed at :) peace out. P.S again big boss is just a reality show guys, the point is to make it attractive and yeah there is little "attraction" without veena. Lets just not get soo personal and angry about it. What Veena does is Veena's will and well we cant change it can we.
