Old enmity: Two shot dead

A case has been registered by the local police and further investigation is under way

RAWALPINDI:


Two people were shot and killed by armed assailants over an old enmity in the police jurisdiction of the Ganjmandi area. 


Munir and Aman, who hailed from Bajaur Agency, were sitting outside a shop at a local market, when three assailants showed up on a motorcycle and opened fire on them, killing them on the spot.


Police reached the spot
after a lapse of half an hour of the incident and shifted the bodies to the Civil Hospital.


The assailants fled the scene while the area people looked in horror


A case has been registered by the local police and further investigation is under way.
