LAHORE: The Planning and Development (P&D) Board chairman Irfan Elahi on Tuesday launched the department’s new website. “The website will inform people about ongoing and new development schemes,” Elahi said at the launch of the web portal. P&D Secretary Waseem Ajmal Chaudhry, Punjab Information Technology Board Chairman Omer Saif and P&D Senior Chief Coordinator Javed Latif were also present. Elahi said the website had been revamped in collaboration with the PITB. The website is hosted on a platform based on a proven content management used worldwide for deploying secure, reliable and approval based content workflow, he said.
