Appreciation: Security arrangements lauded

As a result of improved law, order situation, a large number of people visited the markets in first half of Ramazan.

All Karachi Tajir Ittehad chairperson Ateeq Mir lauded the performance of law enforcement agencies during the month of Ramazan and the Eid holidays.


He praised the police and Rangers as well as the administration for controlling the law and order situation in the city.


As a result of the improved law and order situation, a large number of people visited the markets in the first half of Ramazan which was lucrative for businesses. This year, Eid sales broke the records of sales from the last five years.


While traders had spent more than Rs80 billion this year, people bought items worth more than Rs50 billion despite inflation.
