Moin Khan was the head coach during the Asia Cup and World Twenty20, while Zaheer Abbas was working as batting consultant. Shoaib Mohammad was given a two-month contract in the capacity of fielding coach.

“Members discussed and deliberated on the future course of action and unanimously agreed that advertisements for vacant coaching positions should be published as soon as possible,” read a PCB press release.

Meanwhile, PCB Chairman Najam Sethi and Chief Operating Officer Subhan Ahmad provided an update to the MC members on the ‘Big three’ issue pertaining to the International Cricket Council’s (ICC) commercial revenues and governance. They also relayed PCB’s stance on giving conditional support on the ICC resolutions.
