Movies to watch
This week is dominated by super hits! Action flick Waar, which can easily be called Pakistan’s best movie yet, and superhero movie Krrish 3 — which, despite receiving mixed reviews, has done incredibly across theatres worldwide — have both taken over the screens. If you are in the mood for something light, fun and animated, then 3D movie Free Birds should be your pick; it is the journey of two turkeys who team up to travel back in time and aim to get turkey off the Thanksgiving menu permanently. Space thriller Gravity, Rush and Ender’s Game are also being screened. So grab a ticket, popcorn and make your way to the movies!
Snack Attack!
Weekends are all about PJs and food. After working the whole week round, one really needs to de-stress and there is no better way than chowing down. For those living in Islamabad, there is good news! The original TGIF franchise is soon opening at Centaurus Mall. Karachiites and Lahoris might have to wait a tad longer. But, nevertheless, there are some great new deals that can fill in your rumbling appetite. Nando’s has introduced a new, scrumptious chicken wrap meal and Gon Pacci also has an interesting new menu to offer. If you have a sweet tooth, check out Cinnabon’s new chocolate roll-on-the-go and yummylicious Oreo cupcake. Bon Appétit!

The winter is coming (or has already!). It’s time to stock your closet with trendy fall fashion. For Eastern wear, check out Maria B.’s new linen collection or better yet, head out to Brands Just Pret for a deal of a lifetime — buy two outfits and get one free!
