Fit of rage: Woman killed in dispute

Khalid Mehmood allegedly hit Rehana Bibi, who had had a dispute with his wife.

FAISALABAD: A woman was killed over a dispute in the Sadar Jaranwala area on Sunday. Police said Khalid Mehmood, a resident of Chak 103-GB, allegedly hit Rehana Bibi, who had had a dispute with his wife Ulfat Pervaiz, with a hammer.

Rehana was critically injured and taken to a hospital where she succumbed to her injuries a few hours later due to internal brain bleeding.
