The Rangers director-general, Maj. General Rizwan Akhter met Sindh chief minister (CM) Syed Qaim Ali Shah at Chief Minister House on Wednesday to give a briefing on the ongoing targeted operations against criminals and other matters pertaining to the law and order in Karachi.
According to a spokesperson for CM House, Shah directed the DG to take action against criminals and to maintain law and order situation without any discrimination. Meanwhile, US consul-general Michael Dodman also visited the CM on Wednesday to discuss bilateral relations and other matters pertaining to their mutual interest.
