Hollywood hunk John Travolta is not only famous for his roles in all-time favourite movies such as Grease and Saturday Night Fever, but is also known for crashing weddings!
It’s true! The 59-year-old star was at a bar in Georgia when he met a fan couple that was getting married the next day, reports eonline.com. To their surprise, Travolta showed up at their wedding in jeans and a black t-shirt.
A friend of the groom posted pictures of the actor at the wedding on a social networking site. “My friend ran into John Travolta the night before his wedding, and he shows up the next day,” said the groom’s pal.
This isn’t the first time Travolta has crashed a wedding. A few years ago, he told USA Today that he and co-star Robin Williams crashed a wedding together back in 1977, when the two had lesser number of movies to their credit.
“We were having fun, starting to relax [at a restaurant near Travolta’s home in Santa Barbara], when we saw there was a wedding next door,” Travolta recalled. “We figured we’d crash it.”
