Muttahida Qaumi Movement's Farooq Sattar won from NA-249 Karachi. Sattar defeated Abdul Aziz Memon of Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarian by the margin of 34,000 votes.

Sattar secured 115,000 votes, while his opponent Memon got 81,000 votes.
