The United Arab Emirates claims to have arrested members of what it described as a terror cell, which was allegedly planning attacks, reported the BBC.

State news agency WAM issued an official statement about the arrests which were made in conjunction with Saudi Arabia.

The detained suspects were both UAE and Saudi nationals. They were caught in possession of “materials and equipments with the aim of executing terrorist operations,” WAM reported.

WAM phrased the terror cell as a “deviant group,” a term used by Saudi authorities to refer to al Qaeda members.

The UAE has detained more than 60 suspected terrorists this year alone.

They all will be executed in no time hence no single case of terrorism in UAE.In Pakistan we are so worried about evidence/jargon hence encoraging and becoming targets of bomb blasts every single day.

@Hajra: While all Muslims are not terrorists, the fact remains, whether you like it or not, vast majority of terrorists around the world are Muslims! Maybe something in their genes.
