Anti-terrorism court-II: Three men sentenced to death

Three men to sentenced to death on charges of kidnapping and murdering a teenaged student.

KARACHI: The Anti-Terrorism Court-II sentenced three men to death on Thursday on charges of kidnapping and murdering a teenaged student.

The three convicts, Ali Akbar, Yar Mohammad and Badal, were also sentenced to an additional five years each on charges of possessing illegal weapons.

The police found guns in their possession at the time of the arrest. The men had kidnapped a student and demanded Rs500,000 in ransom, but they killed the victim and dumped the body.

The case was filed by the Khokhrapar police.

The men were charged with murder, kidnapping for ransom and common intent under the Pakistan Penal Code, illegal weapons possession and under section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act.

just dnt give sentence kill them too
