ISLAMABAD: The top leadership of ruling Pakistan Peoples Party had a dinner meeting with President Asif Ali Zardari Friday night. According to presidential spokesman Senator Farhatullah Babar, the meeting discussed the country’s current situation in the meeting. Besides Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf, former premier Yousaf Raza Gilani was also in attendance. Some reports suggested that the party took notice of the harsh statements of PPP Senator Faisal Raza Abidi against Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry and decided to issue another show cause notice to him.
