Old Rivalry: Two killed, one ‘critical’

According to the police 11 people have become victims of the rivalry.

Two people were killed on Friday and another sustained critical injuries when a man opened fire on members of his rival group. Police have arrested Munawar Phularwan for the murder. Officials say he had recently been released from jail. 

According to the police 11 people have become victims of the rivalry. They said that Phularwan had opened fire at Hakeem Abdul Basit, Mian Khan Kharal and Shehzad. Abdul Basit was killed on the spot and Shehzad breathed his last at the Tandlianwala Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital. Khan was referred to Allied Hospital, Faisalabad. Doctors have described his condition as “critical”.  The bodies were sent to a mortuary for post mortem examination.
