KARACHI: KESC forward Muhammad Rasool thumped four goals to maintain his side’s dominance at the summit as they thrashed Baloch FC 5-0 in their Pakistan Premier Football League match yesterday. The striker opened his account in the fourth minute to give KESC the lead, which was doubled by Muhammad Musa in the 21st minute. Rasool scored his second six minutes before the hour-mark before adding a third to his tally six minutes later. He rounded off a superb performance by scoring his fourth in the 76th minutes to end the match in style. KESC now sit comfortably at the top of the league table with 17 points from seven matches. Elsewhere, Saeed Ahmed’s solitary strike gave Muslim FC a 1-0 win against PIA, while Army defeated ZTBL 3-0 at the Jinnah Football Stadium in Islamabad.
