Actor Roger Moore, known for playing the role of James Bond from 1973 to 1985, says his former wives were physically abusive towards him. He faced several assaults by them, including being hit with a teapot and a guitar.
“She would scratch me. She threw a pot of tea at me as well,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted Moore as saying about his first wife. “I’d been sunbathing in the garden and this teapot came hurtling at me. I said, ‘Right, that’s it, I’m leaving.’”
His second wife apparently had some anger management issues as well. “I remember strumming my guitar and she was ranting on about something,” he said. “Next thing I know — it was like slow motion — I could feel the guitar coming out of my hands and I could see it up above my head and bash, it came down. She ruined the guitar. She had a great temper.”

What happened to your 007 skills Mr. Bond? Anyway, he and the late Tony Curtis are part of my childhood nostalgia from “The Saint” and “The Persuaders” TV serials – a copy of these shows is still on my computer’s hard drive. He is an amazing entertainer and a treat to watch.
