Football: HBL off the mark in PPFL

KARACHI: HBL beat PIA 2-0 to open their account with an impressive win in the 9th Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL). The match, played at the People Football Stadium in Karachi, was dominated for large parts by HBL. The deadlock was broken by Muhammad Ishtiaq with a well-taken goal in the 27th minute. HBL continued their dominance after the interval with Shakir Lashari sealing the points with their second goal in the 72nd minute of the match.
