QUETTA: Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry while hearing the missing persons' case, ordered the Inspector General (IG) Frontier Corps (FC), interior secretary, defence secretary and IG Police to present the final report on missing persons in the next hearing, Express News reported on Thursday.
The chief justice made these remarks while hearing the Balochistan security situation case and missing persons' case in the Supreme Court’s Quetta Registry.
Displeased over the forces’ failure to recover a boy kidnapped 20 days ago from Pishin, the chief justice criticised security forces and remarked that officers who were not yielding results be changed.
Justice Chaudhry, irked at the chief secretary, interior secretary and the deputy commissioner of Pishin, remarked that chief secretary should have policy in every district, to which the chief secretary replied saying they were in contact with agencies and the boy would be recovered by evening.
Earlier, Justice Chaudhry told the Inspector General of Frontier Corps (IGFC) and the Balochistan chief secretary to admit they had failed in the province, adding that the governor would be summoned once they had done so.

Didn't they already provide a report? What have you done then? Ask for another report? Please stop this drama now. It's now amusing anymore.
Such orders are not going to yield any results since any new officer detailed shall obey his top boss's orders. The only legal option available is to issue charge sheet on the top brass which would surely solve the tangle.
