Hair
Deepika’s pumped-up ponytail looks best on girls with shoulder length hair. This look works best on dry, unwashed hair. Apply texturising mousse through hair and comb through well. Use a teasing comb to slightly tease the top of your head. Once you have it at the height you want, comb your hair up into a high ponytail. Keeping the top loose, tie your pony with a rubber band. Split your pony in two, grab each side with your hands and yank gently to tighten it. Mist your hair with anti-humidity hairspray to keep the flyaways under control.
Make up
By going dark on the eyes and light on the lips, Deepika managed to look simple and fresh. The MAC four step smokey eye kit is perfect for the job. For the brown shade, use the MAC Woodwinked eye shade priced at Rs4,500. For the lips, go for an Estee Lauder Burnished bronze lip colour and finish it off with a lip gloss.
Accessories
Deepika wore a chunky gold bracelet from Aquamarine with a gold watch to match the detail on her shirt. You can hop into any cosmetic jewelry store and get a couple of bracelets for Rs1,500.
Heels
Deepika loves her nude Jimmy Choo peeptoe pumps — she’s always wearing them! If you want similar heels to add length to your pins, try Charles and Keith for a pair (Rs5,000).
Outfit
Deepika’s faded denim shirt with stud details and orange-red ankle length pants from Zara looked absolutely fabulous. A similar shirt is available at Stoneage and Levi’s for about Rs3,500; while the pants can be found at Zainab Market (Rs1,000) and Mango (Rs6,000). The skinny tan belt can be found at any women’s apparel shop or a cheaper option can be found at Zainab Market (Rs500).

@Giri I dont think you read my comment too well...I said "why are WE so low on self esteem". I was commenting on OUR incapability of recognizing the great fashion icons and fashionistas in OUR OWN industry who have set examples with their great fashion sense for years rather than copying from people who wouldn't even look like a movie star if it wasn't for their glam squad. P.S. Not Hatin' on anyone being Indian/Hindu

Seriously?? Why are we so low on self esteem that we cant find a fashionista or a style icon within our own country..Why do we need someone like deepika padoukone's with expressionless personality and bland acting to show us the path into her glamorous fashion life, NO THANKS!!! I can rest assure that an average pakistani girl has much high standards and class than any of these so called role models who wouldn't even be recognized in public if walked out w/o makeup. JUST SAYIN'.
