Killing Of Educators: Schoolteacher shot dead in Quetta

QUETTA: Vice Principal of the Government High School Killi Sheikhan, Mir Nazir Marri, was shot dead on his way to school Tuesday morning. According to DIG Operation Qazi Wahid, Marri was a social activist and was very popular among his students and the people of the area. He was related to Nawab Khair Bakhsh Marri, the chief of Marri tribe. Enraged students protesting against the murder went on rampage. They burnt tyres, damaged traffic lights and attacked public property.
