@Musa khan: because the efforts were only made by the Punjab Govt, by visitng the FARS province earlier, no other provincial govt is intersted in doing some thing for the people, they only want to make money and go. By the way, i am a regular visitor of FARS province, .. my GOD,... really the provice is so beautiful , (specialy the city of SHIRAZ), and very well managed, even there are so many embargos,..on Iran at the moment, . i always feel that i am in Europe....no issue of water, electricity, and law and order, people are so friendly, all you need is to know persian, as they only speak persian, the population is high as of Pakistan, one would realize after visiting, that things can be managed, only the real will and love for the country is needed, i wish.. we can get some expertise from IRAN.
