FAISALABAD: Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has suspended supply to several illegally obtained gas connections in the city. These connections were detected and disconnected in Rachna Town-III, Jillani Town, Yousuf Town, Ahmad Nagar, Nawab Town, Younus Tower, Elahi Abad, Malkhan Wala and Fish Farm Sitiana Road. An SNGPL spokesman said these connections had been obtained in violation of the legal process by bribing some officials. He said a department action would be launched against these officials.
