Uplift schemes: Tree plantation sought

Commissioner visited Government Girls College in Rajahana being completed at a cost of Rs60 million.

TOBA TEK SINGH: Divisional Commissioner Tahir Hussain has directed his staff to ensure trees were planted at all under-construction government buildings, roads and public spaces in the city. He said this after reviewing construction work at uplift schemes in Toba Tek Singh on Thursday.DCO Javed Iqbal Bukhari and other officers concerned were also present at the occasion. The commissioner visited Government Girls College in Rajahana which is being completed at a cost of Rs60 million and Toba-Gojra bypass road which will cost Rs103 million.
