India’s premier anti-terror probe body, NIA has identified the suspect as Kamal Chouhan, key accused in the case who has been taken into custody from the Indore district of Madhya Pradesh for questioning.
However, Chouhan was picked up and taken into custody by the NIA from the Indore district of Madhya Pradesh for questioning on late Saturday. According to sources, Chouhan had allegedly planted the bomb in the train.
Over sixty people were killed when bombs were set off in two coaches of Samjhauta Express, running between Delhi and Lahore, around midnight on February 18, 2007, at Diwana near Panipat in Haryana.
Earlier, the NIA had charged Swami Aseemanand, Sadhvi Pragya, Sunil Joshi (now dead), Sandeep Dange, Lokesh Sharma and Ramchandra Kalasangra alias Ramji for triggering the explosions in the Samjhauta Express.
Chouhan is likely to be produced in court on Monday.

Arresting lower level moles for impressing people? When will Advani be arrested? When will Bajpaiee who was called Hitler wearing peace mukhota by Indians themselves be arrested? Has modi been arrested who personally organized the largest genocide of Muslims in modern history? I rely on Indian newspapers buddy so don't whitewash hinducracy's crimes against Muslims.
