Fatal collision: Brothers killed in road accident
Two brothers were killed when their motorcycle was hit by a bus at Qasim Chowk near the Cantt area on Wednesday.
The victims, 22-year-old Muhammad Rahim Dahidino and 28-year-old Shakil Ahmed Dahidino, were residents of the Molvi Muhammad Umer village in Tando Allahyar. Rahim succumbed to injuries at the Civil Hospital while his elder brother died on spot. They had come to Hyderabad to enquire after the health of their relatives. The bus driver fled immediately with his vehicle after the incident. The Bhitai Nagar police station does not have a lead on the suspect yet. Some eye-witnesses said that the bus belonged to a university.
However, the transport officers of the three universities in Jamshoro told The Express Tribune that all of their buses have been parked in their respective garages. The Civil Hospital handed over the bodies to the father, Qurban Ali Dahidano. No case has been registered yet.
