HYDERABAD: The members of the Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI) criticised the kidnapping of three Lahore traders from rural Sindh and demanded their early release. According to the president of HCCI, they were going to Punjab from Karachi after meeting traders in Hyderabad when they were abducted from the National Highway. Their car was found abandoned in Gambat, near Khairpur. They said that increase in the number of abductions of traders and industrialists was causing huge losses to the economy and the government needed to do something. They demanded that the IG, deputy IGs of Hyderabad and Sukkur rescue the men.
