Sufi Experience: Diplomats visit Kot Diji Fort

SUKKUR: The US Counsul General for Karachi, William Martin, visited Kot Diji Fort, the shrine of Hazrat Sachal Sarmast, Gambat Institute of Medical Sciences, and the historical Faiz Mahal where he met Prince Mehdi Raza Talpur. He was escorted by DCO Muhamamd Abbas Baloch. At the shrine of Hazrat Sachal Sarmast, Martin listened to a kalam by a faqeer of Sufi saint Sachal Sarmast. Martin had lunch at Jilani House, Khairpur. He was given traditional gifts by Irshad Jillani and the DCO. He was accompanied by the political officer of the consulate, Mary Vergas, and Information Officer Andie De Arment. APP
