Oops! Malaika poured someone else's heart out on Bengaluru incident

The recent Bengaluru mass molestation of women on New Year's Eve left many in India appalled.

Several Bollywood celebrities including Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar and others strongly condemned the incident. Bollywood starlet Malaika Arora also jumped on the bandwagon and shared an Instagram post on women's safety which soon went viral.



Many of Malaika's fans thanked her for the 'heartfelt message' and praised her 'well-written post'.

Turns out, Malaika lifted the caption from one Darshan Mondkar who shared the same post on Facebook a few days earlier.

Bengaluru, in the southern Indian state of Karnataka, is home to many professionals. The city is widely regarded as being safer for women than New Delhi, often termed India’s rape capital.
