Sarosh Yousufi | 7 years ago | Reply Hand over such cases no matter which province to the rangers/ army for the next 1-2 years for speedy sentencing within 3-4 months with no political or other influence. Only speedy and consistent punishment will make a dent in this trend. Otherwise comment all we want, blame, criticize, curse, be sad; or leave it when and if it happens, to God's justice. Let it be proved first that swift punishment can be dispenced and then all excuses by the present system fall by the wayside.
