KARACHI: The Sindh anti-corruption department conducted a raid Wednesday afternoon at the Karachi Institute of Heart Diseases (KIHD) and confiscated records. Only patients were allowed inside the hospital during the raid. The anti-corruption officials visited the office of the executive director of the hospital and confiscated the record of procurement of medicines and appointments of doctors and staff for the last four years. No arrests were made during the raid. This is not the first time the anti-corruption department has raided the KIHD.
