The Aabpara police have arrested a man for allegedly arguing with and obstructing a traffic warden. ASI Muhammad Sajjad of the Islamabad Traffic Police said that when he stopped a car BRS-1779, which was being driven rashly, the two occupants argued and obstructed him. The suspects were identified as Abrar and Iftikhar. One was arrested and turned over to the Aabpara police, while the other escaped from the scene.
