QUETTA: The Accountability Court on Friday extended the physical remand of former adviser to CM on Finance Khalid Langove and Administrator Khalidabad Saleem Shah and sent them to the NAB custody.

Khalid Langove and Saleem Shah appeared in court on Friday for the hearing. Langove’s lawyer told the court that nothing has been found against him and so there is no need for further physical remand to NAB custody.

NAB’s investigating officer told the court that seven more undisclosed bank accounts owned by Khalid Langove have been found while two development schemes headed by Langove are under investigation. The court accepted the application submitted by NAB’s investigating officer and sent Langove and Saleem Shah to physical remand for 14 more days. The court adjourned the hearing till July 14, 2016.
