Balochistan unrest: Security forces raid BRA camp

FC Commandant Maj Gen Sher Afgan has expressed satisfaction on the successful raid, Col Khattak said

QUETTA: Security forces recovered a huge cache of arms and explosives from the Baloch Republican Army (BRA) camp in the insurgency hit Chattar area of Nasirabad district. There were reports that BRA commander Sabzal was injured during the raid in which security forces arrested a number of insurgents from the camp. Security forces recovered rocket-propelled grenades, rocket launchers, landmines, IEDs, fuses, fuse wire, bomb making material, rations and motorcycles. Commandant Sibi Scouts Colonel Ahmed Raza Khattak briefing the media in Sibi said that Frontier Corps (FC) will continue its operation till the elimination of the last terrorist. FC Commandant Maj Gen Sher Afgan has expressed satisfaction on the successful raid, Col Khattak said. He said that apart from law enforcement, the paramilitary force was promoting healthy sporting events for the youth and education in Balochistan.
