If you thought Victoria's Secret Angels survive on cucumbers and carrots to achieve their fit bods, you'd be surprised to know that they eat three hefty meals a day, which include bacon and fried chicken to name a few.

It's not easy to set the runway ablaze the way Victoria's Secrets models do without eating the required meals each day. VS model Elsa Hosk recently unveiled her fitness secret on Style Caster and her diet will leave you dumbfounded.

However, the key to her angelic body involves no snacking in between meals."I don’t usually snack at all. I have main meals, and I make sure I eat a lot so I survive to the next meal," shared Elsa.

But there is no gain without some pain. The model prefers boxing and basketball over sweating it out in the gym to stay fit. And she doesn't need music to pump her energy levels.
