A leading Indian entertainment website has confirmed that Ranbir and Katrina have indeed broken up.

Not all love stories have a happy ending and it appears that Bollywood's power couple -- Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor -- too have parted ways.

While rumours have been rife for a while now that there was trouble in Ran-Kat's paradise, India's leading entertainment website Pinkvilla has confirmed that the Bollywood superstars have indeed called it quits.

"The two have officially parted ways. Three days back, Ranbir moved out of their Carter Road flat with all his luggage. Katrina soon flew off to Delhi to promote Fitoor. This is it for them. They have tried making it work for far too long but things weren’t falling in place for them," a source told Pinkvilla.

"Both of them have made peace with the fact that the relationship is not headed anywhere and their differences can’t be resolved.  There has been a lot of tension between them over the last few months. Ranbir’s proximity with Deepika during the promotions of Tamasha didn’t go down well with Katrina," the Pinkvilla report stated.

Earlier in an interview with GQ, Katrina sort of expressed her displeasure over Ranbir and Deepika's pairing in Tamasha. "I can’t enforce my will on the people in my life. Their choices are their own. I may not be happy with them but I hope that as they mature or as they evolve, their choices will change," she had said.

This was, however, followed by a photo of the duo kissing each other which went viral amid speculation that it was a mere publicity stunt.

Well, let's hope whatever Ranbir and Katrina decide brings them happiness.

Bunny Rabbit | 8 years ago | Reply KK is more smart and hard working than RK . KK reminds me of Reema of Pak . Both are from dubious back grounds but have made it big only with sheer hard work. kk is a bigger star than RK . Better they go their ways .
Moulin Rouge | 8 years ago | Reply Not interested in these filmi love affairs which are without any depth. They are mere adult people's time pass.
