Giki innovation summit: Students display science innovations

TOPI: The GIKI Innovation Summit 2015 was held at Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) in Topi on November 27, a two-day event that ended on November 29. The event was organised by the IET GIKI Chapter in collaboration with Express News.  The summit constituted of modules from engineering, business and medicine. Teams of students from schools and universities from all over the country came to GIKI to participate in the two-day event. Participants displayed their projects for different modules on the first day of the conference. A health awareness seminar took place in collaboration with Red Crescent Pakistan and Project Topi, which also included a detailed discussion and training on first aid.
