Income Support: BISP engages community leaders
Around 40,000 women are members of these committees who are raising awareness among women in availing BISP facilities
ISLAMABAD:
Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has established its beneficiary committees throughout the country to facilitate illiterate beneficiaries at their doorsteps. Around 40,000 women are members of these committees who are raising awareness among women in availing BISP facilities. A basic issue of BISP is that the sum is received through ATM card, which most of the beneficiaries find impossible to use.
