Across the line: ANP member shifts loyalty to PTI

He said PTI is currently the only party which is working to uplift and empower institutions

PESHAWAR: ANP leader Ishaq Khattak has decided to jump ship and join Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. The decision was announced during a ceremony held at PTI’s provincial secretariat. While addressing the gathering, Ishaq, who was ANP’s central executive member, said PTI is currently the only party which is working to uplift and empower institutions. In another event tomorrow, Jamaat-e-Islami members Hussain Ahmad Sadiq - who is also a famous Pashto revolutionary poet - and Shabab Milli, ex-general secretary of Mardan, will announce their decision to join PTI at a public gathering in Takht Bhai on November 1 (today). The gathering will be held at the guest house of Haji Noor Muhammad. Provincial Organiser Fazal Muhammad Khan, MNA Ali Muhammad Khan and MPA Iftikhar Mashwani will be chief guests at the occasion.
