According to initial reports, the dead as well as the injured belonged to the militant group Islamic State (IS).

There have been several drone strikes near the Pak-Afghan border in the past with recent targets being IS hideouts. However, sources said, identities of the accused have not been determined as yet.

Earlier on Thursday, several terrorists were killed in South Waziristan in the first night-time strike by Pakistan’s first indigenous armed drone, ‘Burraq’, Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.

jahan | 5 years ago | Reply If the drone attack is done by America we can't trust them if they actually killed the Militants, look at Russia's involvement barely 1 month and it nearly destroyed 40% of ISIS weapons and its been 2 years and still with so much air strikes from the US-NATO it looked more like as if they grew in number.
