Zain murder case: 3 more witnesses retract statements

LAHORE: Three more witnesses in a murder case against Mustafa Kanju, son of former state minister Siddique Kanju, retracted their statements on Friday. Sakhawat, Ashraf and Arshad were presented before an anti-terrorism court where they retracted their statements against Kanju. The hearing was adjourned till October 12. The complainant, Sohail Afzal, had already retracted his statement against Kanju. The suspect has been held for killing Zain, a passer-by, and injuring another pedestrian after a collision between his car and another near Cavalry Ground flyover.
