KARACHI:
A Pakistan-Germany bilateral chamber of commerce is in the offing to help enhance trade and investment. This was indicated by the Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Karachi, Rainer Schmiedchen. He was speaking at a reception hosted to mark the 25th anniversary of the reunification day of the Federal Republic of Germany. In his speech, Schmiedchen focused on the bilateral relations between Germany and Pakistan. “In 2015, we could witness again a very intensive German-Pakistani dialogue on a multitude of subjects in many forums. The creation of a bilateral chamber of commerce is on top of the agenda, and the German Consulate will extend its full support to the German-Pakistani business community for the achievement of this milestone,” he added.
