Economic development: Dastagir appointed SEZA chairman
The aim was for them to operate in a well-defined geographic area where select activities were promoted
PESHAWAR:

He is also working as chairman of the Economic Zones Development and Management Company (EZDMC) and the CEO of Al Hafiz Group. The provincial government established SEZs for various types of specialised enterprises. The aim was for them to operate in a well-defined geographic area where select activities were promoted by a set of policy measures generally not applicable to the rest of the country.
