Agreement signed: PTI welcomes QWP in K-P govt

Under the agreement, both the parties will cooperate with each other in the larger interest of the people

PESHAWAR:


An agreement between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Qaumi Watan Party was signed in Islamabad on Tuesday, under which the latter will join the coalition government in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. Chief Minister Pervez Khattak, PTI General Secretary Jahangir Tareen, parliamentary leaders of QWP, Sikandar Hayat Sherpao and Anisa Zeb Tahirkheli, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective parties. The central leader of QWP Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao, Hasham Baber, Advocate Mohammad Salim Khan, Abdul Malak Khan, provincial ministers Shah Farman, Mohammad Atif and the provincial organiser of the PTI, Fazal Mohammad Khan, were also present on the occasion. Under the agreement, both the parties will cooperate with each other in the larger interest of the people of the province.
