Research: CIIT, Belarusian universities sign MoU

The delegation explored various opportunities for research and academic cooperation and collaboration between CIIT

ISLAMABAD:


COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT) and leading Belarusian educational institutions have agreed to collaborate in academics and research.


A CIIT delegation headed by Rector Dr Junaid Zaidi visited Minsk  and signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Belarusian institutes, said a press release.


The MoU was signed between the CIIT and leading Belarusian science and technology institutions and universities including National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Belarus State University and Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio-electronics.


The delegation explored various opportunities for research and academic cooperation and collaboration between CIIT and the various Belarusian institutions. The delegates also immersed themselves into local culture by visiting museums and participating in a show entitled “A Taste of Pakistan: Mango Festival”.
