Sindhi Literature; Ursani’s three books launched

HYDERABAD: Three books of Sindhi scholar, Shamsuddin Ursani, were launched at a ceremony at Hyderabad’s Indus Hotel on Saturday. The books include Pahakati Lughat [Dictionary of Sindhi idioms], Saqafat ain Insani Muashare ji Osar [Evolution of Culture and Society], and Shakhs ain Aks [Individual and his Reflection]. The elderly Ursani, who is bed-ridden due to an illness, could not attend the event. MPA Mehtab Akhtar Rashdi praised Ursani’s flair on the genre of idioms in Sindhi literature.
