Capacity Building: SALU holds workshop for staff

SUKKUR: The second Indigenous On-Campus Training workshop for the capacity building of university’s non-teaching staff concluded at Shah Abdul Latif University (Salu), Khairpur. The workshop was organised by Salu in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad, under the modern university governance programme. Faculty of management sciences dean Professor Dr Ghulam Murtaza Maitlo was the chief guest. Dr Maitlo said that by holding such workshops, it will equip the non-teaching staff with modern techniques related with governance. Dr Maitlo appreciated HEC’s role in the capacity building of the human resource in Pakistani universities. Certificates were distributed among the participants at the end of the workshop.
