Assault: Police arrest four ‘rapists’

BAHAWALPUR:

A student of grade 8 was raped on Monday. The assailants took pictures of his ordeal and threatened to upload them on social media.

Police have arrested the culprits. Baghdadul Jadeed police said the victim had accompanied his class fellow to his house where four men raped him and took objectionable pictures with their cell phones. Police said when he went home his father sensed that he was troubled and inquired about it. The boy told his father who went to SHO Irfan Akbar and told him about the incident. A police team raided the house and arrested the criminals. ASI Ghuloo told journalists that the suspects had confessed to having raped several others.
